Eggcelently Quick Souffle

Mother and two childrenWhen you’re on the go, pre-planning and prepping will give you such an edge. This easy, fast recipe is easy to make – so much so the kids will have a ton of fun cracking the eggs. Packed with healthy protein, it’ll keep you full fast.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes in the oven

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 package of Turkey Bacon
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Seasoning ( B12 Nutritional Yeast has a cheesy nutty flavor – so delicious)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs up. Not that they did anything to you…
  2. Put down tin foil or grease a cupcake sheet with coconut or olive oil.
  3. Pour eggs into cupcake sheet.
  4. Curl 1 piece of turkey bacon around each egg.

Pro Tip

Make a bunch of these so you can have them on hand when hunger strikes or on the go with the kiddos.
